Yeh, its fine for all PSPs. Although it won't work on lower firmware PSPs. I'm not sure what the min firmware needed is for the 16GB, but its made compatible in an update.

There will have to be an update to the latest cfw. There was an update when the 8GB stick was released. And the price? I just checked Amazon, $149.99 cuh-chings.

it 300 dollors and a 8 gb is 99 ill wait prob won't work on fat with out a patch hell 4 gbs don't work for a while
