the reason why is becouse when you turn it on its yours not anyone elses even if they have the same theme its still an outlet of you and no one not even sony can take that from us!!!!

hmmm...well I actually spend most of my time on my XMB. since i mainly use the PSP for music I tend to listen to music and just move my icons from side to side
