What was the first video game you owned?

I think it might've actually been Speedball or Secret of Monkey Island for the Amiga. I love those games even now - I play them on the Amiga emulator, better than some new releases imo .

We had a master system, but twas my mums. But first games on that were Teddy bear and or Sonic (cant remember which was first), then we had a megadrive - again hers. And all games, hers.
But then we bought some games, and I got to choose one for me , so twas my first game in that sense, and that was rainbow islands, which i got on my psp for ma megadrive(genesis) emulator
Also bought the new version for me DS, but was rubbish (am hoping the PSP version, when its released, is better )

*5 minutes later* I think it was Donkey Kong 64... I had an older brother that would buy games and stuff so I didn't really need to buy them. Now I end up buying games/consoles and he ends up playing them...he's played my Wii more than I have..

Let's see..the first game I ever remember playing was Pong on Atari, when I was a kid. I think the first game I ever bought, though I could be wrong, was Doom for playstation.

I also owned an Atari game system as a kid. It had Pong, Skeet, Squash...I think that is it....I forget. :retarded: It did come with a gun for the Skeet part.

As for the first one I owned/bought as an adult would have to be Pirates, I think, for the PC.

Mine was the very old nintendo ... one which you insert a brick at the top, had mario and duck hunt ... with the gun, I used to adore that game :retarded:

i dont think i can remember the very first, but a few early games were double dragon and altered beast. i think the double dragon was on a amstrad, and the altered was on mega cd, i tink

i remember i had a BMX game for the commodore 64 (I think it was called BMX trials) and Sonic for the megadrive.

I have two older brothers so I just stole all the games from them!
