Default Re: Gameboot Logo Remover (with video!)

Alright, fine.

I will tell you what to do but you must follow these directions TO THE LETTER.
I am not responsible if something bad happens.
I know what I'm doing and you will to if you follow these directions carefully.

Forget about that exe. program in the zipfile.
What you want is the "opening_plugin.rco"
Make sure you have it ready to be copied.

I'm assuming you have 3.52 M33-4 or higher.
I'm also assuming you have a Windows XP or Vista computer.

Here is what you are to do.

-Connect your PSP via USB to your computer.
-Restart your PSP holding the R-trigger to go into the recovery menu.
-Select "Advanced". (Oooh. Fancy word. Don't be intimidated.)
-Select "Toggle USB (flash0)"
-Your computer should recognize it and say it's a mass media drive. Access it.

-You should see some folders. DO NOT MESS WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Just follow what this says.
-Open the "vsh" folder.
-Open the "resource" folder.
-In this folder is where you are to copy that "opening_plugin.rco" file.
-Just drag it in and it should ask you if you'd like to overwrite it. Go ahead and overwrite it. Wait a second.
-Now back on your PSP select "back".
-Then select "exit".

-Now find an envelope and mail me $20. BWHAHAHA!
Joke. Hahhah!

You PSP should boot up and the logo should be gone.
If your PSP has any problem or the logo is there follow these directions.
-Enter your recovery menu.
-Select "Advanced".
-Then select "format flash1 and reset settings".

Good luck!
